Returns
At Torfy, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. However, if you receive a damaged item or an item that is not as described, you may request a return under the following conditions:
✅ Eligibility for Returns:

- You must submit a clear photo of the issue within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
