It is the same as it looks in the photo, I bought it in black, but in the beige you can see that the sponge is marked quite a lot. The size is fine, it is not exaggerated. The sponge can be removed for washing. It has No seams and does not squeeze the waist or the thighs. I bought my size M and it was super good. It shows too much so I wouldn’t buy it again.
