It fits great along the chest line, there is no excess volume, you can wear it with and without a belt. You will only have to shorten the sleeves a little and raise the sleeves on the side seams and sleeves. Size M according to marking 160/84A is for full size 44, but you can use it for 46, if you want a moderate overs. There are no questions about the quality of production.
