Im a size l and got a small for a more compressed look since i’ve been waist training for a long time. If you’re a beginner i recommend sizing down only one size.

The material feels quite sturdy and good quality, the brooches are firm and the closure too. The sizes are good. My waist without the girdle is 75 cm and reduced a lot with the girdle, apart it gives you good support in the spine and corrects the posture.
